These terms govern your use of the SEO tools at keylogs.io (the “Service”), operated by webmarken (“we”, “us”). 1. What the Service does

Keylogs offers one-shot SEO tools. You connect your Google Search Console account, we run an analysis on your data, and we show you a free result. You can pay a one-time fee to unlock the full report. There are no accounts, subscriptions, dashboards, or ongoing monitoring.

2. Google Search Console access

To run a scan you grant us read-only access to your Search Console data through Google’s OAuth consent screen. We only read the data needed to produce your report. We never modify anything in your Google account, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Purchases and pricing

Reports are sold as one-time purchases. The price shown at checkout is what you pay; any applicable taxes (such as EU VAT) are shown before you confirm. Launch pricing is a limited early-adopter price and the regular price may apply later. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

We offer automatic refunds within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Request a refund within that window and it will be processed to your original payment method. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

5. Report delivery and availability

After purchase, your report is made available at a private link and emailed to the address from your Google sign-in. Reports remain available for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Please download any CSV you want to keep within that window. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Acceptable use

Only scan properties you own or are authorized to analyze. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, resell reports as your own product, or use it to breach anyone’s rights. We may rate-limit or refuse access to protect the Service.

7. No professional advice

Reports are automated analysis and suggestions based on your Search Console data. They are provided for guidance only and are not a guarantee of any search ranking, traffic, or business outcome. You are responsible for the changes you choose to make to your website.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
